Potomac Job Corps Center participated in the National Job Corps Association Policy Day Forum on Capitol. The Policy Day Forum was informative and professional. The day started with Lisa Sherman, Chief of Staff Representative Susan Davis (D-CA), Chair, Subcommittee on Higher Education and Workforce Investment, House Education & Labor Committee spoke to all Business Community Liaison’s. Also, Randi Reid and Lori Denham, Partner, Kountoupes Denham Carr& Reid spoke. Afterwards the presentation, each individual Business Community Liaison met with their scheduled elected officials, Congressman or Congresswoman. In the picture above Mr. Wiggins,  Center Director and Mr. Tolliver, Business Community Liaison met with a representative of Washington DC Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton of United States House of Representatives.
