Potomac Job Corps Center is dedicated to providing higher education opportunities for all students.  Barbara Thompson, CTE Coordinator for the Patricia Harris Workforce Development Program, has a new program initiative—Increase Common Infrastructures.  Because of the era of the data communication – Internet world, the need to support heavy load and high speed of video/data transmission is an essential requirement for today’s business and personal needs. Ms. Thompson has designed a special evening program that she believes will benefit those students who are interested in communication.  This is a potential opportunity for our electrical and business students who would like to enhance their resume and skills.  Brochures are being distributed to students for their review. This 8-week program begins after the work/training day.
