The event was organized by Mary Oster, GED Writing/Language Instructor.

In addition, Sarah Becker, Construction Foundations Instructor, and Chereen Fenus, Career Prep Specialist, presented  a workshop for educators at the Barnes and Noble Bookstore on October 13, 2010.  The topic was “Technology in the Classroom”.  Chereen and Sarah were both keynote speakers for the evening event.  Sarah spoke about Calculator use in the math classroom, and Chereen spoke about technology in the special education classroom.  The event was run by Susan Hillman, Community Relatios Manager at Barnes and Noble.
