Pittsburgh’s Academic Olympics team took second place in the regional competition behind Shriver Job Corps.  Interestingly enough, one of Shriver’s team members was Courtney T. who was a Pittsburgh Job Corps completer and is now at Shriver doing Advanced Computer Systems Administration at their Microsoft IT Academy.  Pittsburgh hosted this competition with Mary Donahue, Academics Manager, as committee chair.  The PJCC team was coached by Karen Bobick, CISCO Instructor,  and Chris Matich, GED Instructor.
