When I got into to job corps it was different for me. I came in at age 25. I saw job corps as an opportunity to go to college and find out what my true strengths were. My first semester at CCAC north was awesome. My counselor was helpful. I made deans list second semester and the job corps counselor came to cheer a group of us on.  Then I am finishing my classes and lose my job of 6 years. I made a call to Julie Cosentino that day we met for one hour. That one hour has made my phone non stop with job possibilities My resume that Julie helped me with has been so strong that on dice alone has had over 1,000 hits in the first two months I attached it. I have helped others with resumes teaching them what Julie showed me. Its hard to believe it was all in one hour. I now am a Desktop Support Lead Technician. I work for Ally Bank through IBM. I run the northeast united states for the banks remote users. Thank you to Julie and Job Corps for giving me this opportunity to better my education and get ahead in the work force.
