JOB CORPS The Pittsburgh Job Corps Center is proud to announce that we are now accepting applications for the Highway Heavy Construction (HHC) “Advanced” training. The HHC program was a collaboration, between the Pittsburgh Job Corps Center, the Federal Highway Administration (FHA) and the Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania (CAWP), to address the growing need for a well-trained, and qualified workforce to address the growing needs of our road systems.
