Pine Ridge Job Corps Career Technical Painting Students were recognized for their community work at Hay Springs, Nebraska, High School by Hay Springs Superintendent of Schools Stephen Pummel. He wrote: On behalf of the Hay Springs School District I want to thank you and your students for the outstanding job you did painting the halls in our High School. Our teaching staff that has come into the building have all noted what a positive change the painting has made to the school. We also want to recognize the professionalism you and your students demonstrated while in Hay Springs. All students were on task, focused on the project, and performed at a very high level. They arrived in the mornings, began working immediately, and were barely noticed in the building. We appreciate the services you provice to small schools like ours. Without your assistance we would not be able provide a well-painted and attractive school environment.
