Pinellas County Job Corps hosted Senator Marco Rubio’s Gulf Coast Outreach Assistant and her intern on our campus today. This was Savannah Sipsy’s first visit on campus and, in addition to staff,  three student leaders were delighted to share their insights with her about the many positives of our Pinellas County Job Corps campus life. Top executives with the Exceed Corporation, which is a key manager of our contract, were also delighted to make introductions. The campus tour included briefings on all of our eight trades in  health care and construction as well as other key offerings  such as high school diplomas and even Driver’s Ed. The group also spoke about the many critical community partnerships we enjoy that expand student employment opportunities with advanced training, military, college offerings and direct lucrative job placement.
