Pinellas County Job Corps declared fun day on campus today. Students had an amazing time carving and painting pumpkins, getting temporary spooky tattoos and playing a wide variety of games from Jenga and Connect Four to outside bowling, ring toss and enjoying a water slide.
Aspiring artists created chalk masterpieces on the sidewalk and every student who participated in a cake walk won a sweet prize. The day ended on a high note with a dance party that got everyone up and moving. 19-year-old Alondra Cardo put it simply, “The dancing was really fun. We all lined up here and danced and it was really cool.” What a great way to lead into Halloween weekend!
