As part of national Apprenticeship Week, members of our Career Transition Services team invited CareerSource Pinellas to come to our Pinellas County Job Corps campus. Together, they visited the Pharmacy Technician and Facilities Maintenance classes to talk about Apprenticeship options. Key sectors included Construction and Health Care—the trades we offer at our St. Petersburg Center. The main message? Opportunities are out there if you are willing to work for them.

The students also got a chance to play Infrastructure bingo, a way to learn more about all that infrastructure includes. Winners received prizes and everyone enjoyed a sweet treat.
