Our CMA students at Pinellas County Job Corps got a chance to see the day in the life of a medical assistant. They toured the Dedicated Senior Medical Center, a Medicare Advantage Primary Care Office whose goal is to work with the senor population to prevent hospitalizations. The trainees were able to meet and talk to the clinical manager Dexter who was also a paramedic in the military.
