Job Corps holds graduation ceremony

But this isn’t a high school; this is “Job Corps”, a vocational and technical training program that gives low-income young adults a real-life education about starting careers. And for many of them, it hasn’t been an easy road.
About 60,000 students complete the Job Corps program each year at one of 124 centers across the country.
Today’s event marks the first time ever that the majority of the nation’s 124 Job Corps centers have held commencement celebrations on the same day.
