Phoenix Center hosted an Educational & Military  Expo.  Over 11 educational institutions were presents, from Public Universities to Community Colleges as well as Private Institutions.  Representing the military was the Army, Army National Guard, Marines, Air Force and Navy.  The highlight of the event was the Army’s Hummer that had interactive activities for the students to engage in.  The Center Director, Al Ford, was featured on ABC 15 News; providing information about the expo and the Job Corps Program. The expo was also advertised in the Informant Newspaper and on Fox 10 News website. This was a very productive and informative event for our students as well as staff.
