Philadelphia, PA –   June Boswell, Philadelphia Job Corps first Center Director pays students and staff a visit.  Her time was well spent having lunch with students, listening as they shared their personal accomplishments and Job Corps program benefits.   It was a real treat exchanging Job Corps stories with new and veteran employees about the ‘good old days’.  Ms. Boswell was absolutely amazed with the centers transformation since her tenure   twenty years prior. Ms. Boswell is no novice to the Job Corps Employment and Training community.  After Philadelphia she moved forward to a couple other center director assignments before her retirement 12/2010 as Department of Labor‘s, Employment Training Administration’s Regional Director, TX.  She departed with, “I had such a wonderful visit and I will be back!”
