On Friday, March 9, 2012 the Penobscot Dining Commons staff sponsored a student “Cabin Fever Reliever” lunch time special. The menu included Snow Melting BBQ Pork Ribs, Spring Ahead Chicken Breast, Bright & Sunny Rice Pilaf, Warm Breeze Vegetable, Gulf Stream Chowder, Spring Mountain Fruit Display and Mr. Murphy’s Special Recipe Roast Sirloin – carved by Mr. Murphy himself. As has become the tradition at Penobscot, the “special” student luncheon was served by the staff and a good time was had by all!
