PJCC celebrated Juneteeth on a beautiful summer day. Advanced Baking students, led by Chef Ric Duplisea, cooked up a big BBQ with sausages, two different grilled chicken options, ox tail and even tofu. After the delicious BBQ, students and staff participated in various fun activities outside, including kickball, volleyball, cornhole, facepainting, and sidewalk chalk art. Everyone was also treated to popsicles later in the afternoon to beat the heat.
