Go Green produce makes debut at Penobscot

Advanced Baking students at the Penobscot Job Corps Academy (PJCA)  incorporated freshly harvested zucchini from the PJCA GO Green Garden into the New Student / CPP completion luncheon on Wednesday August 10,2011. PJCA students Tanesha Peterson, Newport RI, Jocelyn Toribio, Providence RI, Kimshree Simoneau, Providence RI, and
Shaniece Casey, Foster RI, made fresh ( as in warm , out of the oven, and  served ) zucchini bread. This cooperative learning assignment received rave reviews from all of the noontime luncheon attendees.
