The holiday season can be quite joyous but also stressful at times, so as the year winds down the Paul Simon Chicago Job Corps students had a fun filled month! “The taste of the holidays” every day was met with a fun and different activity! They received a personal invitation to visit the Grinch’s house (Our beautifully decorated Property/Maintenance building) they were able to take pictures with the Grinch and Santa Clause. The trades enjoyed a holiday luncheon, there was a “mentee movie day” The students were met with hot chocolate and sweet treats during class breaks. There was a classroom door decorating contest. The students decorated ornaments and stockings they had movie with your mentee day, Candy Cane sleigh giveaway and a Christmas scavenger hunt!
