The Paul Simon Chicago Job Corps Center students participated in the Department of Labor (DOL) Diversity Day on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at the Metcalfe Federal Building downtown Chicago celebrating “Sights, Sounds and Tastes of Diversity”.   A few of the Paul Simon Chicago Job Corps Center enrichment groups performed for the guest.  The choir sung a few inspirational songs, the poetry group recited poems on diversity, and the dance group performed The Bachata.  DOL had guest speakers, cultural exhibits and other activities to make the event exciting, fun and informative.
