The employee of the Month is Kimberly Rose.

One of the Finance Department staff moved to a new department, Kim stepped up to the plate processing work from that position. She also worked in our vacant position. She did this while working limited overtime hours.

Once we hired our replacement, Kim was responsible for training the new hire. All while processing work for our vacant position and her daily responsibilities. As a newbie myself (Becky Scott), I appreciate Kim. She has outstanding customer service as she fields my questions and any Lisa may have during training, all with a what can I help you with temperament.

Kim is indicative of what we ask for in a co-worker – understanding we have internal/external customers while having a team-oriented mindset.
