Gabriella Pate, Deputy Chief of Staff for Congressman Sam Johnson’s district office, attended the North Texas Job Corps Center quarterly Community Relations Council meeting on Thursday, March 8, 2018 that was held on the campus.  Ms. Pate got the opportunity to interact with many of the student trade ambassadors and the Student Government Association executive officers.  Ms. Pate commented that “this was her first visit to the center and she was so pleased with what she saw and observed.” She further commented that her plans are to return and take a full tour of the campus.  The students engaged in dialogue with her to learn more about her duties and responsibilities.  They also asked her to thank Congressman Johnson for his support of the Job Corps program.
