Every Spring the Muscular Dystrophy Association sells Shamrocks at participating stores.  On March 17, 2012 NTJCC IMPACT team members Corey Actor and Samantha Garcia, along with BCL Laura Bruton became Shambassodors for MDA.  As Shambassadors the trio visited locations (Kroger, Lowes, 7-Eleven) in the local area that were selling the shamrocks.  As secret Shambassadors the trio had to observe the employees and recognize those “caught” selling the MDA shamrocks.  What a surprise for the employees.  they were given trinkets for their efforts and asked to take pictures.  The trio really got to practice one of the NTJCC norms in the community–celebrate the accomplishments of others.
