A symbolic event organized by Northlands’ Student Government Association encouraged students to write down bully-related thoughts and place them in a coffin. “It will help bring some of these issues to the forefront while helping to bring closure to some of those affected,” SGA President Logan Barbosa said.

The Diversity and Equal Opportunity committees collaborated in the event, while students in the carpentry trade created the coffin.
