MOD & LOS Getting Ready for Balloon Ride

Time to make the cotton candy

Members of the Northlands Job Corp MOD (Men of Distinction) and LOS (Ladies of Success) woke early on Saturday to help vendors set up booths at the local street fair; Vergennes Day.  For two hours students set up canopies, unloaded cars, trucks and vans, and even helped make cotton candy.  It was a beautiful Vermont summer day only to be topped off by a tethered hot air balloon ride.  Riders rose 50 ft. into the air for breath taking views of the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain.
