In an effort to better reward positive student behavior and community service activities, Northlands Job Corps Academy in Vergennes, Vermont recently unveiled a new student ID system that includes a series of different levels indicated by color. The students with the best behavior and community service records are awarded the Gold and Platinum colors, which provide them with numerous extra rewards and opportunities.
