The Culinary class at New Hampshire Job Corps (NHJC) has been busy preparing and constructing ginger bread houses for the annual ginger bread house making competition. Students gathered their supplies, baked the gingerbread and made the icing. Culinary Chef Zingales even showed students how to make the piping cones (bags) out of parchment paper. Now its onto assembling and decorating. You could say there is a little competition going on here at NHJC. There is a lot of talk about who’s going to be this years winner. Will it be Chef Zingales who wins again with his Star Wars TIE Fighter? Stay tuned for gingerbread construction updates.
