Six Muhlenberg Job Corps students entered advanced training classes at the Keystone Job Corps in Pennsylvania on January 3rd. Elizabeth Ratliff, Robert Lewis, Justin Woodworth, America McKinney, Christopher Ramirez and Jessica Garcia completed the Clinical Medical Assistants course at the Muhlenberg Job Corps and have entered Keystone to obtain their Licensed Practrical Nursing certificates. The LPN program at Keystone requires and additional twelve months of training.
Muhlenberg has sent other students to the advanced training program at Keystone in the past, but this was the first time a large number from the same graduating class entered at the same time. Many of these students use the LPN program to move on to other areas in the medicl filed such as registered nursing and physical therapy. Congratulations to Elizabeth, Robert, Justin, America, Christopher and Jessica on a job well done.
