Muhlenberg Job Corps students presented a $650 check to the Mid-West Kentucky Chapter of the American Red Cross for disaster and emergency relief for tornado victims in Alabama.  Students who serve as Peer Counselors raised the money through bake sales, a dress down day and general contributions.  This was the second fundraiser the Peer Counselors have held for Red Cross this year.  Their last effort raised $360 dollars for tornado victims in Missouri. This brings the years total to $1,010.  Muhlenberg Job Corps works with the local chapter of the American Red Cross by participating in blood drives, the local Heroes campaign as well as disaster relief.
