On Thursday, December 10th, 2015, Kentucky Job Corps Career Transition Specialists, LaToukie Roberson and Jennifer Syers-Ford, held a retention party with all Kentucky students at the Muhlenberg Job Corps Center. CTS staff and students played several rounds of Bingo and provided festive refreshments, drinks, and prizes for the winners.

The retention party is a bi-annual event that Kentucky Career Transition staff do for their students before summer and winter breaks. They also conduct a focus group to obtain information about their experience within the program thus far, and their successes. They highly encourage the students to remain focused while at home on break and to always keep their future goals in mind.
