Muhlenberg Job Corps Health Advocates hosted a Blood Drive in conjunction with the American Red Cross.  Fifty six pints of blood were donated by students and staff at the Job Corps center.  Muhlenberg holds four Blood Drives each year and donates over 200 pints of blood in those drives.  There was some question about how successful this year’s drive would be due to lower enrollment brought on by the suspension of enrollment of new students in January.  There was some question if enough donars would be available.  As it turned out, the enrollment presented no problems what so ever.  The American Red Cross nurses always look forward to coming to Muhlenberg since they meet their quotas and have an abundance of willing participants.
