Tamyiah Tillman Kitchen, a 2017 graduate of Muhlenberg Job Corps Program, is a member of the Army National Guard and currently stationed in Georgia. While on center, Kitchen completed the CNA program receiving additional credentials in CPR and Medical Billing/Coding. After completing the CNA program Kitchen went on to receive her Associates Degree in Health and Human Services. After starting her family, Kitchen decided to continue her career advancement through opportunities available with the Army National Guard. Kitchen says that while the Job Corps program made many CNA opportunities available, more importantly it showed her that anyone can make it out of any situation and better themselves.
