As students begin returning to Muhlenberg Job Corps Center Work Based Learning Coordinator, Wendy Coin began to get innovative with ways to utilize students on center and make sure they receive the required number of work experience hours. One area she felt health trade students could be utilized was with providing health screenings to both staff and students as they enter different buildings on campus. This process not only allows for quick detection of fevers but also assists with the contact tracing process if someone were to fall ill. Students are stationed in various buildings throughout center and are able to even participate in virtual learning if needed during this time using their Chromebooks.
