Coach Jamie Bryant’s men’s basketball team sure brought the heat at our Welcome Back Staff vs. Students Basketball Scrimmage on Wednesday, January 20th. Our men’s basketball team has been having regular practices and had won their first game the night before. The students were feeling great facing the staff. On the other side, the staff team got together for a quick 10 minute warmup just prior to the scrimmage.

After two grueling 18 minute halves, the final score was Students 76 and Staff 37. Ouch.

Staff player Garrett Poltack commented on Thursday “I think it’s safe to say we lost yesterday? At least we lost with dignity!” I’m sure we will see a rematch soon.
