NH Job Corps Electrical Students at Work

The Administrative building at NH Job Corps is the lucky recipient of some electrical improvements provided by 10 electrical trade students and instructor, Mr. Folopolous. “We are adding more computer drops and power outlets to eliminate cords running through the office area. This will be a four to five day project.” Mr. Folopolous explains.

The experience is benefiting electrical students as well. Electrical student William Webber says “We are learning how to snake wires, and be comfortable working on ladders. It’s been a fun learning experience.”

The teaching environment in Job Corps is dynamic and beneficial to both students and employees. The hands-on experience is critical to student development, and everyone at Job Corps reaps the benefits of these projects.
