Peer Leadership Coordinator, Carmen Jimenez has taken leadership class to a whole new level. Through a variety of teamwork exercises and puzzles, students are enhancing their communication and leadership skills, and flexing their problem solving muscles as well. These ‘soft’ skills are in high demand when it comes to securing a promising career. Job Corps students aren’t just learning about their trades, they are improving their communication skills, working on their emotional IQ, and pushing themselves in new and different ways.
