Loring Job Corps employee MSgt. Ryan Cote returns from active duty in Iraq.

MSgt. Ryan Cote returns back home to family and friends in Caribou, Maine and to his position at Loring Job Corps Center(LJCC). At LJCC, Sergeant Major Roger Felix and his Honor Guard Cadets presented an incredible program to welcome back one of our own staff members that just recently returned from Iraq on a 6 months tour. MSgt. Ryan Cote our MIS Specialist, his Air Force unit being the Portland Air National Guard, 265th Combat Communications Squadron was deployed in late December 5, 2010 and returned June 17, 2011. A celebration of his return from a presentation of the flag folding ceremony, unique video of all branches of service contributions, Air Force coin dedication that lead to a standing ovation of all students & staff including his wife, Nicole Cote, Director of Administration and his two daughters as he entered the meeting. A special proclamation was sent by Maine’s Governor Paul LePage in his honor.  This was followed by a special luncheon catered by Culinary Arts students in the LJCC Restaurant for Ryan’s Welcomed return.
