Natalie Bazinet, a reporter for the Aroostook Republican, visited our center to interview three students on their use of our driving simulator: Francis Hayes (masonry student), Miguel Torres (auto tech student) and Izelle Solomon (driving it) a medical administration student. These three students are all currently participating members of the Driver Education minor’s course that Alma Tibbetts, Drivers Education Teacher is teaching that began on August 2nd. This 40-hour driver education course is required for all students under the age of 18 that want to obtain a ME Instruction Permit, which is the 1st step into obtaining a ME driver’s license.
