Over 100 students had the opportunity  from Loring Job Corps Center to take part in the Annual Ground Hog Shadow program with 17 businesses involved from our local community. This program encourages real life experiences for our students to take a day in their career technical training to match positions with partnerships we have established. To list just a few of the participating local business’ were Maine Military Authority, Cary Medical Center, Cote Auto, Hogan Tire, Bonanza Restaurant, Irish Setter & Pub, Governor Restaurant, ACAP Daycare, Senator Susan Collins Office in Caribou and Congressman Michael Michaud office in Presque Isle.
