The Little Rock Job Corps Center holds several “Minors are Major” activities for minor students, such as the Open House Spaghetti Dinner for minor students and their parents on Nov. 22. The dinner was a success, with several staff showing their support to attend the dinner and meet the parents. Little Rock used the opportunity to show parents the Center’s commitment to their students and their education and training.
The keynote speaker for the evening was Tracey Shine, motivational speaker. She spoke to the students, parents, and staff on building their relationships with the topic, “Today’s Blank Page: Hold On, Yield Not”.
