On Veterans Day (Nov. 11), we saluted and celebrated our student and staff veterans. They were invited to a special lunch with Center Director, Angela Rackley, prepared by our own Culinary Arts students and their Instructor, Chef Dawan Heard. Later in the afternoon, a special ceremony was held with all students and staff in attendance honoring and thanking our Veterans for their dedication and years of service. Honored were student Dominique Williams, and staff members, Kevin Bradley, Thelma Dixon, Channing Gordon and Ezra Swiney.
