New Year’s Goal Setting Vision Boards was a nice project in evening programming with the Social Development Team on January 11th. The project was hosted by Residential Coordinator Ms. Natasha Kirkwood, Dorm Supervisor Mr. Terrill Taylor, and CSIO Supervisor Mr. John Allen. Both male and female students started the year off with the vision of knowing what goals they want to achieve and will focus on reaching them as they transition in and graduate from the program. After they completed their board, each student explained their vision and goal setting. They also shared how Job Corps and the eight Career Success Standards applied to them reaching their goals and being successful.
