CPP Week 2 students enjoyed a day off center with CPP Instructor Brittany Dockery on Jan. 28. The students took a tour of the historic Philander Smith College located in downtown Little Rock. Students first enjoyed a campus tour by three prestigious student leaders of the college. After exploring the campus and the programs available within each department, the students spoke with Enrollment Services Specialist, Yohannis Job, about the “Multicultural Awareness” aspect the campus offers to its students and visitors like Job Corps students. The students enjoyed seeing and learning about the history of the college and what it had to offer in regard to a multicultural perspective of the workforce in the surrounding community.
