Peer Leadership Coordinator, Marcia Barbee, and two students met and took pictures with Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson at the State Capitol on Oct. 22. The photo opportunity was an incentive to those students and consumers with disabilities who attended the Anti-Bullying event the previous day.
