On August 3, 2010, Honorable Congressman Henry Cuellar visits the Laredo Job Corps Center.  The newly elected co-chair of the Job Corps Caucus addresses the center’s Community Relations Council during the quarterly luncheon held at the center.  Culinary Arts students prepared the meal and hosted the event.  The Congressman takes a moment to talk with the students and take a photograph.
