The Laredo Job Corps Center and surrounding businesses from District 7 had their first Community Beautification Day on Wednesday, November 24, 2010. The purpose of the project was to increase awareness in the district and help Job Corps students develop a connection with their community. The Laredo Job Corps is taking steps to help protect our environment and create linkages with businesses and their local community through green training.
