On June 2, 2016, Kittrell Job Corps Center CTR students, CTR Instructor Shawndra Brooks, Workkeys Instructor, Tonya Sneed and the BCL Director, Joan Robinson, attended a Career Fair sponsored by WEN NC Outreach and Admissions. It was held at the NCWorks Career Center, Raleigh, NC. Students attended with ready made resumes and completed job applications on the spot. Students also took this            opportunity to talk with WEN OA/Career Transition Specialist staff and students from Schenck, Oconaluftee and the Lyndon B. Johnson Job Corps Centers. There were ten representing businesses from throughout the state that represented all trades.  WEN also provided motivational presentations. This was a great networking opportunity for both students and staff.
