February 27, 2012, Vance County Commissioner, Terry Garrison served as Kittrell Job Corps Center guest speaker for its Black History Program held in the center gymnasium. During Garrison’s presentation he thanked Center Director, Ty Graham for her excellent leadership at KJCC and for her support services to the local community. Garrison credited Kittrell Job Corps Center for the quality program training offered to the students.
