February 10, 2012 Kittrell Job Corps Center students made a suprise visit to the Veterans Hospital in Durham, NC  bring  hand-made Valentine’s Day cards and hearts to patients . Supporting their efforts was Joseph Brown, who served in two wars,the Korean and World War II. This community service project was part of the center’s Black History Month celebration.
