Recognition Given to High Performing Students

Kittrell Job Corps Center high performing students for the month of June were             invited to a special meal with the  Director team at Olive Garden, Raleigh, NC during lunch on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. During the meal Donovan Quick, General Manager, noticed the students Culinary Uniforms and invited Shauna Reynolds, Emily Calabretta, Malcolm Glenn and Hailey Marsh to join him on a tour of the kitchen.  Mr. Quick provided an overview of the back of the house, an insight into Olive Garden’s training plan for new staff and words of advise.   “Olive Garden is looking for energetic people with a passion for food and   customer service”, “employees must  be willing to learn, hard working and able to work at a quick pace for long hours.”
