Kittrell Job Corps Center students assisted the Kiwanis Club to unload six hundred azaleas, knock-out roses and various shrubs for its fundraiser on April 15 –16, 2016. Each year the Kiwanis Club contributes funds to various programs including The Health Department, College Scholarship at area high schools, Salvation Army, Boys & Girls Club, Christmas needy children, Boy Scouts of America, Vance Granville Community College Endowment Fund/Scholarship and many more. “I really enjoyed helping with this fundraiser and meeting all those nice Kiwanis Club members. It was an opportunity to let the community know that we care. Without the support of others, I wouldn’t have made it”, said Kristina Graham, Y2Y Ambassador/Office Administration Trade student.
